Description for the RUD Sprocket .

Special RUD Sprocket At Both Head And Tail End:-

We propose to use the sprocket at both side of double strand conveyor due to which misalignment and snapping of chain is impossible. Following are the advantages:-

1. RUD sprocket specially designed for Double strand conveyors with two different profile of inner and outer sprocket segment.
2. It prevents Derailing of the Chain
3. It provides Pushing Effect to Chain
4. It avoids Fouling Of the Chain From Wheel
5. It increases the Life of Chain, hence improves DCC performance.
