• RUD APRON FEEDER uses round steel link chain as the pulling element and is driven by pocket wheels.
• The slats sit and swivel on specially designed attachments.

Application

• RUD APRON FEEDER are ideal for the transport of bulk & unit bulk loads in applications such as Power Stations, Cement Sector, Recycling and Construction & Mining.

• Due to chain being outboard of loading area, the slats of the RUD Apron Feeder can be fully supported at impact points and thus transmit heavy load.
• RUD Apron Feeder has completely closed slat floor over the total lifespan.
• RUD Apron Feeder has no opening of slats when moving around the drive wheels.
• RUD Apron Feeder’s short pitch reduces polygon effect.
• RUD Apron Feeder has lower construction height due to smaller diameter wheels.
• RUD Apron Feeder has robust but simple construction with high slat rigidity.
• Round Link chain system incorporated in RUD Apron Feeder is self- cleaning and can work in wet, abrasive and corrosive condition.
